This Privacy Policy explains how NebulaTools AI handles information when you visit the website or use its AI, PDF, image, text, calculator and productivity tools. We aim to collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate, protect and improve the service.

1. Information you choose to provide

You may enter text, prompts or other information into a tool. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, confidential company records, medical records or other highly sensitive information.

2. Local browser processing

Many utility, image and PDF tools are designed to process files inside your browser. Where local processing is used, the selected file is handled on your device and is not intentionally uploaded to our server. Browser capability, memory and performance can affect large files.

3. AI-powered tools and third-party processing

AI prompts may be sent through a Cloudflare Worker to the configured AI provider, such as Google Gemini. The provider may process the prompt and generated output under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not ask users to include sensitive personal information in prompts.

4. Technical and usage information

Hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, date and time, referrer and basic security logs. This information helps deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website may use essential cookies or browser storage to remember preferences such as light or dark theme. If analytics or advertising services are activated, those services may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with applicable law and their own policies.

6. Analytics and advertising

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve tools. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is introduced, advertising partners may use cookies to serve, measure or personalise ads. Where required, appropriate consent controls will be used.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS and a server-side Worker for protected API credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Cloud and AI providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their safeguards and legal obligations apply to their processing activities.

We may update this policy when tools, providers, laws or practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised when a material update is published.
